When issues arise, I sit down with my clients and discuss their goals, concerns, and preferences. Some want a quick resolution and others feel strongly about litigating the matter in court. I create a plan and then check in with them frequently to keep them apprised of developments so they’re never in the dark and always feel part of the team.
Focusing her practice on construction litigation and government contracts work, Nicole Wolfe advocates for general contractors and subcontractors on a variety of issues, including insurance coverage, bid protests, and claims before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals. She also advises on employment and labor claims such as wage theft matters in legal procedures before the Seattle Office of the Hearing Examiner.
An outstanding legal writer and researcher, she enjoys delving into unique and novel issues, uncovering facts and crafting narratives that advance her clients’ interests. Nicole’s familiarity with all aspects of litigation enables her to create airtight contracts and otherwise prevent problems from surfacing down the road.
Nicole brings a calm but firm approach and pursues practical and reasonable resolutions. Whether she’s litigating a case, handling contract reviews, drafting documents, responding to discovery requests, or doing appellate work, she is respected for her ability to creatively address her clients’ matters in a cost-effective and expeditious manner.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicole represented clients in construction defects, construction site injury claims, insurance coverage and property claims.
