AGC of Alaska Publishes Federal Contracts Article by Howard Roth

Oles Morrison attorney, Howard W. Roth, has a featured article published in the Winter 2016 issue of the AGC of Alaska’s The Contractor Magazine. The article, “Federal contracts: Tips for successful sponsorship of subcontractor claims,” was published under the magazine’s Contractor and the Law monthly feature.

In this article, Howard explores the often occurring disputes between prime contractors and their subcontractors on federal contracts, including the importance of understanding “sponsored claims” (or “sponsorship”) and the related certification requirements.
