J. Craig Rusk to Address 5th Annual Alaska Construction Law Conference

ANCHORAGE, Alaska, October 8, 2012 – Seasoned attorney J. Craig Rusk, a noted construction law attorney and a co-managing partner with Seattle-based law firm Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker, LLP, will speak at the 5th Annual Alaska Construction Law Conference.

Rusk will discuss the topic of Bonding Alternatives, including letters of credit, guarantees, escrow funds, and stop payment notices for non-payment.

The event is slated for November 6, 2012 at The Hotel Captain Cook in Anchorage, Alaska and is sponsored by AGC of Alaska, a non-profit construction trade association consisting of general contractors, subcontractors and industry professionals dedicated to improving the professional standards of the construction industry.
