Bryan Kelley has been appointed to the Contract Documents Committee for The Associated General Contractors of America ("AGC"). His appointment came upon recommendation of the AGC's Washington Chapter.
Kelley is an attorney at the law firm of Oles, Morrison, Rinker & Baker LLP, one of the Pacific Northwest's oldest and most respected law firms. His practice includes representation of general contractors and subcontractors throughout all phases of project administration, with an emphasis on complex contract disputes.
The Contract Documents Committee is tasked with creation and improvement of nationally used construction contract documents, including the ConsensusDOCS series. It also conducts educational programs and makes recommendations to the AGC Executive Board with respect to policies bearing on contracts and related documents.
"We are honored that the AGC has selected Bryan to serve on the committee and look forward to continuing the firm's support and involvement with the AGC" said J. Craig Rusk, the firm's co-managing partner.
