Jim Nagle to Address North Alabama Chapter of the Federal Bar Association

Noted federal construction law attorney James Nagle, a senior partner with Oles Morrison, will discuss the “History of Government Contracts” at the North Alabama Chapter of the Federal Bar Association’s 41st Annual Symposium on Government Acquisition.

The event will take place on November 13, 2013 in Huntsville, Alabama at the Huntsville Marriott.

Jim is nationally renowned for his knowledge of federal contracting, particularly in the area of construction law.  He has extensive experience including working with supply, services, international, major systems and construction contracts.

Jim has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, sureties, architects, engineers and all parties in the contracting process.  His local and national reputation is such that both the government and contractors have used him as a consultant, expert witness or arbitrator/mediator.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as chief of the Logistics and Contract Law Branch of the Department of the Army staff.  He also served as a trial team chief in the Army’s Contract Appeals Division.
