SEATTLE, Washington, June 00, 2010 – Attorney Paul Tonella, a partner with law firm Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker, LLP of Seattle, has recently joined the Board of Directors and the Educational Committee of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).

Tonella’s law practice focuses on representation of hundreds of closely held companies in their corporate management, succession planning, tax, real property and general business needs.  In recent years, he has represented the buyers and sellers of businesses with over $100 million of consideration changing hands. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked for Boeing Commercial Aircraft in Everett, and for the Internal Revenue Service in its Seattle Appeals Office. He received his law degree from the University of Washington.
