Thomas R. Krider Named A Managing Partner

Mon Feb 3, 2014

Partner Thomas R. Krider has been named a managing partner at Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker. He will join partner Craig Rusk, who has served as a managing partner at the firm for nearly 15 years, in overseeing the firm’s management and daily operations.

Krider’s practice focuses primarily on representing large and small companies in complex commercial litigation and contract negotiation matters, including public and private heavy-civil construction disputes. In addition to advising internationally recognized large companies, he also counsels small and family-owned businesses with regard to general business matters and disputes.

Krider has represented clients in a wide variety of projects, including sewer treatment facilities in Hawaii and Washington, utility and roadway construction, a major light-rail transit project, a Navy carrier pier, frozen soil shoring, school construction, and bridges, as well as multiple tunneling and microtunneling projects.

He has been recognized three times by Washington Law & Politics magazine as a “Rising Star” among Seattle attorneys for his work in commercial litigation and construction law.
