Adam Lasky to Present on the Bidding Process for Small Business Owners

Thu Apr 28, 2016

Oles Morrison partner, Adam Lasky, will present at a seminar entitled, “Bidding Public Works and Construction Contracts,” on May 4, 2016 at City Hall in Seattle.

Adam’s presentation will offer an in-depth view of the bidding process, and will cover topics such as Source Selection Methods (Design-Bid-Build, GC/CM, Design/Build), Bid Mistakes, and Bid Protests. The presentation will be geared towards the issues and regulations small business owners face.

Adam concentrates his practice on a wide variety of Government Contracts and Construction Law issues, including federal and state bid protests, contract formation and administration, terminations, suspension and debarment, intellectual property rights, small business matters, cost allowability, defective pricing, delays, requests for equitable adjustment, claims and disputes.

Adam’s extensive knowledge of these issues, his extraordinary attention to detail, and his ability to translate complex industry terms and concepts into understandable English without losing the nuances, enables him to effectively and efficiently evaluate and prosecute his clients’ claims and bid protests.

Adam has been named a Rising Star by SuperLawyers for three consecutive years.
