Adam concentrates his practice on construction litigation and government contracts. He has represented contractors involved in disputes before both state and federal courts, boards of appeal, and administrative agencies. Adam received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a Trogner Scholar. During law school, Adam served as a judicial extern for Hon. Janet N. Poston, Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota, and clerked for a prominent Minneapolis litigation firm. He has also studied law in Ireland at the University College Dublin.
