Anne Marie Tavella joined Oles, Morrison, Rinker and Baker in 2008 after graduating from the School of Law at Northwestern University. During her time at Oles, Anne Marie has participated in cases involving disputes of all sizes including construction defect claims, mechanic’s lien claims, bid protests (state and federal), Miller Act claims, and procurement disputes with the federal government. In addition to local state and federal courts, Anne Marie has also practiced before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
