Dan’s practice focuses on contract and commercial litigation. He also has extensive appellate experience, having briefed and argued appeals before numerous state and federal courts, contract appeals boards, and administrative agencies. While the principal focus of this practice has been the representation of contractors in the resolution of claims and other disputes arising out of construction projects, Dan also has significant experience in shareholder and partnership disputes, and commercial contract disputes.
