Practice Emphasis and Experience

Bryan represents general contractors and subcontractors throughout all phases of project administration, with an emphasis on resolving complex contract disputes and lien claims. He drafts and negotiates construction contracts for residential and commercial projects, and has represented clients in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and bid protests for construction projects located in the continental United States, Alaska, and South America. Bryan is the son of John (“Jack”) Kelley, a general contractor and former AGC of America President. Bryan currently serves as the firm’s Hiring Partner.
