Bryan represents general contractors and subcontractors throughout all phases of project administration, with an emphasis on resolving complex contract disputes and lien claims. He has drafted and negotiated construction contracts for residential and commercial projects, including a $70M public works subcontract, and has participated in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and bid protests for construction projects located in the continental United States, Alaska, and South America.
Bryan is the son of John (“Jack”) Kelley, a general contractor and former AGC of America President.
