Practice Emphasis and Experience

Eileen’s practice has been at the forefront in defending complex multi-party litigation involving construction, toxic torts, and general litigation.  She has represented numerous developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and manufacturers in the defense of personal injury, property damage, and products liability claims involving construction, exposures to chemicals and toxins, leaking underground storage tanks, fiberglass insulation exposure, asbestos exposures, and MTCA and CERCLA claims.  She is one of the few attorneys in her field who has gone to trial in a complex construction case and obtained a defense verdict.  Eileen is a frequent speaker at industry and legal seminars on construction cases and insurance coverage issues facing the construction industry.
