Glenn’s practice focuses on representation of creditors and debtors in non-bankruptcy workouts, as well as creditors, debtors, trustees, and creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations and Chapter 13 wage earner plans.  Glenn’s extensive knowledge of the bankruptcy code and bankruptcy court procedures provides him with a full understanding of the framework for the enforcement and adjustment of the rights of creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy cases.  He has served as a bankruptcy trustee and understands the practical considerations that must be dealt with regarding the liquidation and distribution of assets and the resolution of disputed claims.  Glenn also represents ongoing businesses regarding their corporate and general business needs.
