Meghan has dedicated her practice to all aspects of the construction industry. She has experience representing owners, design professionals, construction management firms and contractors. She has provided guidance to clients in many areas of construction law, including matters related to differing site conditions, delay and impact claims, professional malpractice and geotechnical engineering concerns as well as other commercial and construction litigation matters. Prior to joining Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP in Seattle, Meghan practiced construction law in New York City. As a LEED Green Associate Meghan advises clients and provides educational seminars to the industry on a variety of LEED and green building issues including those related to federal contracting.
