Paul’s practice focuses on representation of hundreds of closely held companies in their corporate management, succession planning, tax, real property and general business needs.  In recent years he has represented the buyers and sellers of businesses with over one hundred million dollars of consideration changing hands.  Paul grew up in a construction household, working in his family’s paint contracting company from an early age through college.  After obtaining his undergraduate degree and prior to entering law school, Paul worked for Boeing Commercial Aircraft in Everett, Washington.  Paul also worked for the Internal Revenue Service in its Seattle Appeals Office.
