Pete’s nationwide practice focuses on representing clients in all phases and aspects of public and private procurement, including federal, state and local government contracts, and commercial contracts involving highways, maritime facilities, government installations, commercial buildings, bridges, hospitals, and schools.  He also spends considerable time handling claims involving industrial projects and bid protests.  Pete is a frequent speaker and lecturer on construction law issues.
