- Represented road contractor in Alaska Superior Court against Municipality for extra costs, and recovered full amount sought in jury trial ($425,000)
- Represented building contractor against federal agency and recovered in excess of $1.5 million following board hearing
- Represented energy contractor in Alaska Superior Court against private entities and settled matter for amount in excess of $5 million
