Notable

Kelli Wilcox joined the firm in December 2003 as a full-time paralegal in the Business Practice Group.  Her primary focus is in the areas of business/corporate law, entity formation and maintenance, business acquisitions, and real estate.  Kelli graduated with honors from the Paralegal Program at Highline Community College in Des Moines, WA.  She has taught in the Highline Paralegal Program, has been a Program guest speaker, and is a member of its Advisory Committee.  Kelli has given presentations regarding paralegal utilization and the paralegal’s role in the purchase and sale of a business.

Kelli is actively involved with the Washington State Paralegal Association.  During her tenure as President, she presented before the Washington State Practice of Law Board on paralegal regulation and non-lawyer practice, and before the American Bar Association with regard to the proposed definition of the practice of law on behalf of her association.
