Ken Claassen joined the firm in July 2004 in the Construction Practice Group. His primary responsibilities include case management of numerous large/complex and small litigation matters; gathering, organization and analyzing electronic/hard copy documents and other forms of media; database management and training; drafting and preparation of pleadings; mediation, arbitration and trial preparation; working with clients to complete discovery/declarations in support of cases; legal research; arranging for logistics for courtroom trials; and acting as liaison between attorneys and clients, witnesses, experts and opposing counsel. Ken Claassen also spent 8 years as an enlisted active duty military serviceman in the United States Navy.
