vCardCraig Kisylia works with clients in the construction and real estate industries to solve their most complex legal challenges. From construction risk management, contract negotiation and construction defect matters, he assists clients with a variety of issues, including contract review, in-depth legal research and fact analysis, and claims investigations. Craig also manages all aspects of discovery processes, including client interviews, drafting discovery requests and responses, drafting discovery motions and conducting document review and analysis.
During law school, Craig was the External Vice President of the Santa Clara University Law and Business Society and served as Chairman of the Advocacy Committee for the Honors Moot Court Internal Competition. Prior to joining Oles Morrison, Craig worked for O’Hara Creech LLP in San Jose, CA.
