Dan Ballesteros works with clients across the firm’s construction, government contracts, commercial litigation, and business and real estate groups. Dan has assisted clients by handling in-depth legal research and fact analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, drafting motions, and conducting contract review.

Dan graduated from the University of Washington School of Law with honors. While at UW Law, he competed in Mock Trial and Contract Dispute competitions. Dan also served as the Chief Managing Editor and Diversity & Inclusion Chair for the Washington Journal of Social & Environmental Justice (WJSEJ).

Prior to attending law school, Dan graduated from Northwestern University (NU) with a Political Science major and Legal Studies minor. After graduating from NU, Dan worked as a Litigation Assistant at a law firm in Palo Alto, California. Both before and during law school, Dan interned in various government positions at the local and federal level.
