David C. Weaver

David Weaver provides litigation services and counsel to construction industry and government contract clients. He specializes in representing contractors, and public and private owners involved in complex disputes. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in a wide variety of projects in Washington, California, and Alaska, including major light rail transit projects, sewer treatment facilities, nuclear waste remediation, ship refurbishment, port construction, and tunneling projects. In addition, he has extensive experience in successfully resolving disputes in a cost-effective manner utilizing both formal and informal settlement strategies. Prior to joining Oles Morrison, David practiced law in California where he also represented clients involved in complex contract disputes.
