An experienced civil litigator with over 25 years of experience in construction law and contract disputes, Deb Wilson has been involved in a number of California’s most noteworthy construction projects. This includes large-scale public works, private developments, freeways, bridges, schools, water reservoirs, commercial and individual residential developments. Deb works with civil engineers and general contractors, owners, sureties, and subcontractors to pursue claims for compensation and additional costs, project delay, loss of productivity, delay and impact claims, differing site conditions, nondisclosure, and bid protests. She is also experienced in wrongful termination claims and has successfully pursued matters at the appellate level.  Clients value the personable and tenacious effort she brings to each matter, as well as her track record of success in seeking global solutions that serve the client’s short and long-term interests.

Committed to supporting women in the construction community, Deb is actively involved in a number of organizations that support this mission, including the San Francisco Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction where she previously served as President of the Board of Directors.
