Robin O’Shea understands the intricacies of the construction industry and successfully navigates them to meet her client’s needs. She is widely respected for her ability to creatively address her client’s problems in an economic and expeditious manner. Throughout her decade in the industry, Robin has played an integral role counseling clients involved in numerous high-profile construction and real estate litigation matters, with cases involving potential damages in excess of $55 million. She has successfully represented clients through more than 50 mediations, and was second chair in a seven-week wrongful death trial with exposure in excess of $2 million resulting in a successful verdict.
Outside of the office, Robin volunteers with several non-profits dedicated to mentoring disadvantaged teenagers and young adults. In 2015, she was awarded the “Big Sister of the Year” by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, for her six years of service and dedication to the organization.
