Affirming the experienced team, the publication states, “Howard Roth leads the practice out of Seattle and has an impressive track record in contract disputes involving maritime and aerospace contractors. James Nagle focuses on the intersection of government contracts and construction law, which is also an area of specialty for Thomas Krider. ”

One client mentioned: ‘We have used Oles Morrison in several disputes we have had over the years with the Federal Government. In addition to being a Federal Contractor, we operate under the Ability One program and the firm has a comprehensive understanding of both Federal Contract law and the law as it applies to the Ability One program. We have prevailed in almost every instance.’

Another client disclosed: ‘Oles, Morrison, Rinker and Baker is the only firm we’ve used in coordinating resolution of issues with the Corps of Engineers on construction project(s). Their exceptional experience with the construction industry makes the process of resolution as streamlined as possible.
