Attorney Adam Lasky will Address National Contract Management Association

Adam Lasky, a government contracts and construction law attorney with Oles Morrison, will present, “Lessons Learned from Source Selections Gone Wrong,” to the West Sound Chapter of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).

The event will take place on November 14, 2013 in Bremerton, Washington.

Adam is a member of both the Government Contracts and Construction Law practice groups at Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker. His practice’s primary focus involves helping clients win government contracts, which includes assisting government contractors through the bidding process and, when necessary, litigating bid protests on their behalf.

Adam regularly represents government contractors in protests before the GAO, the Court of Federal Claims, state courts and administrative agencies. In addition, Adam regularly counsels government contractors and subcontractors on a variety of contract administration issues.

Adam also has written extensively on government contracts issues, including articles published in Contract Management (February 2013), Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce (March 9, 2012) and The Construction Lawyer (Winter 2010).
