Douglas Oles is a leader in a variety of construction industry groups that keep him at the forefront of new developments in contracting and claim resolution. With a focus on government contracts, Alix Town frequently represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors on a broad range of federal, state, and local government contracts and related litigation matters including contract formation and administration matters, government investigations, and contract claims and disputes. Using her experience and knowledge of federal procurement processes and systems, Alix assists contractors with state transportation construction projects, including bridges and light-rail. She also represents tunneling and micro-tunneling contractors, Base Operating Services contractors, paving contractors, fabricators, and Army Corps and Navy construction project contractors.
