Five Oles Morrison Attorneys Named to Super Lawyers Lists

Tue Jul 30, 2013

Oles Morrison partners Samuel Baker, Douglas Oles, and James Nagle have again made the prestigious annual list of “Washington Super Lawyers,” and Robert Leslie repeats as a “Northern California Super Lawyer.”

Additionally, associate Meghan Douris has received the distinct honor of being named a 2013 “Washington Rising Star,” a special distinction recognizing the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state.

Baker’s practice focuses primarily in representing construction contractors in evaluating and resolving construction disputes that often involve complex, multi-party cases. Oles has concentrated his practice on helping clients to avoid and resolve disputes on complex contracts relating to construction, supply, real estate development and intellectual property licensing. Nagle’s practice focuses on government contracts. He has extensive experience including working with supply, services, international, major systems, and construction contracts.

Leslie is an accomplished California-based attorney whose practice focuses on large, complex construction projects and government contract law, primarily in engineering, heavy and underground construction.

Douris represents all aspects of the construction industry. Furthermore, as a LEED Green Associate, Douris has experience in a variety of LEED and green building issues including those related to federal contracting.

Recognized for their professional development and career achievements, Super Lawyers represent the top five percent of the Bar Association membership in Washington and California. Each year, the research team at Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
