Howard Roth, Of Counsel Attorney at Oles Morrison, will address the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute (SEALI) during their annual seminar on Friday, June 26, 2015 in Point Clear, Alabama.

Howard’s presentation, “A Primer on Maritime Government Contract Litigation,” provides the nuts and bolts information maritime contractors need to resolve disputes and protests.

Howard represents clients on a broad range of government contracts and related litigation matters, including bid protests, contract disputes, and claims preparation.

Prior to joining Oles Morrison, Howard served as Deputy General Counsel for a major military command, a trial team chief in the Army’s Contract Appeals Division, and Commissioner for the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. He handled numerous maritime contract matters involving Army watercraft repairs, port operations, and US flag liner service contracts.

Howard’s presentation is on Friday, June 26, 2015 at the Grand Hotel Marriott Resort in Point Clear, Alabama. For more information on the SEALI Seminar, please click here.
