Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker Promotes Attorney

Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP, is pleased to announce two promotions effective Jan. 1, 2020. Howard W. Roth has become partner after joining the firm as of counsel.

Established in 1893, Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP provides legal counsel to public and private companies throughout the nation and internationally in all phases of construction and government contracting, with offices located in Alaska, California and Washington.

Howard Roth, a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, has over 27 years of experience handling federal procurement matters. He is a knowledgeable advisor in all stages of federal contract law and litigation, including terminations, procurement disputes, protests, procurement integrity, rights in technical data, internal investigations, and contract cost issues. Howard also has vast experience in the maritime industry, handling matters on projects for the U.S. Maritime Administration, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Navy, NOAA, and U.S. Army.
