Dust off your radio and tune in. This engaging panel will feature a producer/moderator and two talk show hosts/panelists discussing hot topics in government contracts and key FAR and DFARS regulatory changes from the past year. Throughout the program, hear from attendees dialing in for help understanding how these regulatory changes will impact their business or industry. Our hosts will diagnose the FAR problems in areas such as:

  • Made in America Requirements
  • Cybersecurity
  • Environmental Initiatives in Government Contracting
  • Small Business Contracting and Subcontracting
  • Biden Administration Initiatives Impacting Federal Contractors

In the third half of the program, take the opportunity to stump the chumps by asking your own questions, and show off your government contracts expertise by participating in this week’s puzzler.

At the end of this session, attendees will be able to discuss the impacts of the FAR regulatory changes on the procurement industry. Identify the key regulatory changes to the FAR and DFAR from the past year. Explain “made in America” requirements, cybersecurity developments, and environmental issues as they relate to key regulatory changes for government contractors and government contract attorneys.
