Fri Jun 12, 2020

The 2020 edition of The Legal 500 United States, published June 10th, gave a national ranking to Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker’s Construction and Government Contracts practice groups.

For 33 years, The Legal 500 has been analyzing the capabilities of law firms across the world. They use a comprehensive research program revised and updated every year to bring the most up-to-date vision of the global legal market. The rankings are based on feedback from 300,000 clients worldwide, submissions from law firms, interviews with leading private practice lawyers, and a team of researchers.

Oles Morrison’s Construction practice group was ranked in Tier 3 out of four tiers. This is the practice group’s first time being listed in the publication, in which they highlighted several representations of the firm’s clients and emphasized the work of Brad Powell, Sam Baker, Thomas Krider and Meghan Douris.

The firm’s Government Contracts practice group ranked in Tier 4 for the second year in a row. Affirming the “exceptional” team, the publication states, “Adam Lasky oversees the practice, which is particularly active in bid protest matters in the aerospace and defense industries, as well as in the construction industry, where litigator Thomas Krider and Howard Roth are the names to note.” Jim Nagle was also underscored as an important member of the team. Out of several client testimonials, one client mentioned: ‘The attorneys at Oles Morrison are extremely knowledgeable, professional and diligent. Their high level understanding of Federal Government contracting, the FAR and GAO protest matters makes them an excellent outside firm to support of our small business efforts. Unlike other firms, their attorneys are responsive, available when needed and fairly cost conscious once engaged.’
