Adam K. Lasky named Vice Chair of the Bid Protest Committee of the American Bar Association’s Public Contract Law Section

In August, Adam K. Lasky was named among the vice-chairs of the Bid Protest Committee of the American Bar Association’s Public Contract Law Section. The Bid Protest Committee aims to provide “timely information on developments and a forum for discussing significant issues involving the resolution of bid protests within the federal government, including the agencies, the GAO, and judicial forums.” The committee also “conducts ongoing studies on the efficacy of the system for resolving bid protest of federal agency procurements.”  The American Bar Association’s Public Contract Law Section named the Bid Protest Committee the 2017 “Committee of the Year.”

In addition, Adam was also named to the vice-chair position of the Small Business & Other Socioeconomic Programs Committee.
