Adam Lasky to Present at National 8(a) Association Summer Conference

Wed May 25, 2016

Oles Morrison attorney, Adam K. Lasky, has been invited to co-present at the National 8(a) Association 2016 Summer Conference, which takes place in Anchorage, Alaska from June 14 – 15, 2016. Their presentation, “Make Your Debriefing Count: How to Use the Debriefing Process to Win Bid Protests and Contract Awards,” will cover best practices and strategies to help decision-makers during the pre/post-award debriefing process. Adam and Shaun will discuss how to best utilize the debriefing process to gain information necessary to win protests and future contract awards.

The National 8(a) Association Summer Conference features key government officials, prime contractors and nationally recognized legal and consulting firms in an environment that promotes networking, professional development and business growth. The conference is designed to help 8(a) certified and non-8(a) certified businesses gain the valuable education, promotion, and federal contracting information they need to further advance their level of experience and achieve a higher degree of success.

Adam focuses his legal practice on helping clients win government contracts. He has extensive experience litigating bid and size protests and has prevailed in multiple protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, GAO, and the SBA. In addition, he regularly advises clients on how to make their proposals more competitive for contract awards. Adam also counsels government contractors and subcontractors on a variety of contract administration issues, and represents contractors pursuing and litigating claims.

Adam’s presentation will take place on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 2:30 pm.   For more information on the conference, please click here
