Adam Lasky to Speak to NCMA West Sound Chapter

Thu Nov 5, 2015

Oles Morrison partner, Adam Lasky, will present at the NCMA West Sound Chapter Meeting on November 12, 2015 at Ambrosia Catering in Bremerton, Washington. His presentation, “Avoiding Cost and Price Realism Pitfalls,” will explore some lessons learned from recent bid protest cases concerning cost and price realism analysis. The presentation will cover topics relevant to both procurement officials and contractors, including how language plays a role, challenges with using government estimates, and the best ways to conduct a price or cost realism analysis.

Adam concentrates his practice on a wide variety of Government Contracts and Construction Law issues, including federal and state bid protests, contract formation and administration, terminations, suspension and debarment, intellectual property rights, small business matters, cost allowability, defective pricing, delays, requests for equitable adjustment, claims and disputes.

Adam’s extensive knowledge of these issues, his extraordinary attention to detail, and his ability to translate complex industry terms and concepts into understandable English without losing the nuances, enables him to effectively and efficiently evaluate and prosecute his clients’ claims and bid protests.
