Howard Roth Presents Recap of AGC’s 2015 Fed Con at AGC of Alaska

Howard Roth recently offered a summary of highlights from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) 2015 Federal Contractors Conference to the members of AGC of Alaska in Anchorage. The presentation addressed federal construction policies, regulations and updates. Members from both the AGC of Alaska’s Anchorage and Fairbanks territories participated. The 2015 Federal Contractors Conference took place from May 12 – 14, 2015 in Washington, D.C. and brought together federal agencies alongside design and construction companies of all sizes and geographic markets to generate dialogue about current issues facing the construction industry.

Howard has over 23 years of government contract law experience. He advises contractors on how to win contracts and resolve disputes. He represents clients on a broad range of government contracts and related litigation matters, including bid protests, contract disputes, claims preparation and litigation, rights in technical data, internal investigations and audits, as well as maritime contract and ship repair matters. Howard is a Lieutenant Colonel, Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, USA (Retired).
