Howard Roth to Address the Puget Sound NCMA

Howard W. Roth, Of Counsel Attorney at Oles Morrison, will address the Puget Sound Chapter of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) at their chapter meeting on February 23, 2016 in Seattle, Washington.

Howard’s presentation, “Rights in Technical Data/Intellectual Property,” will address significant issues in procurement and contracts management, such as computer software and patent rights, among others. The talk is geared toward industry and government procurement and contracts professionals.

Howard has over 23 years of government contract law experience. He advises contractors on how to win contracts and resolve disputes. He represents clients on a broad range of government contracts and related litigation matters, including bid protests, contract disputes, claims preparation and litigation, rights in technical data, internal investigations and audits, as well as maritime contract and ship repair matters. Howard is a Lieutenant Colonel, Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, USA (Retired).
