Jim Nagle Featured by the Institute of Internal Auditors

Oles Morrison Of Counsel Attorney, Jim Nagle, has been invited to present at the Mid-Columbia Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors’ Desert Bar Meeting. His presentation, Government Procurement Law, will address the most significant statutory, regulatory, case law and other developments in Government Contracts in the past year. Designed for industry professionals, this talk will keep them abreast of those substantive changes that can sneak past you during a busy year. The event takes place on April 13, 2016 in Richland, Washington.

Jim’s practice focuses on government contracts. He has extensive experience working with supply, services, international, major systems, and construction contracts. He has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, sureties, architects, engineers and all parties in the contracting process. His local and national reputation is such that both the government and contractors have used him as a consultant, expert witness or arbitrator/mediator.

Prior to joining Oles Morrison, Jim served as chief of the Logistics and Contract Law Branch of the Department of the Army staff. He also served as a trial team chief in the Army’s Contract Appeals Division. Jim is a frequent lecturer on federal government contracts. He has written six books on federal contracting, co-authored nine other books and written over 80 articles on subjects as diverse as protests, changes, terminations, and claims.
