Jim Nagle to Address NCMA Puget Sound Chapter

A review of current developments regarding federal contracts will be provided by noted construction attorney Jim Nagle, a senior partner with Oles Morrison, at the NCMA Puget Sound General Membership Meeting & Training Event, October 1, 2013.

The event begins at 5:30 PM and will take place at the Bellevue Coast Hotel, 625 116th Avenue NE in Bellevue, Washington.

Jim will provide an analysis and review of current statutes, recent executive orders, regulations, and other administrative developments. He will also address relevant new legal matters, providing a review of pre-award, primarily protested, cases and post-award cases, generally involving changes, differing site conditions, claims and terminations, as well as terminations for default. A comprehensive handout will be provided.

He is nationally renowned for his expertise in federal contracting, particularly in the area of construction law. He has extensive experience including working with supply, services, international, major systems and construction contracts.

Jim has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, sureties, architects, engineers and all parties in the contracting process. His local and national reputation is such that both the government and contractors have used him as a consultant, expert witness or arbitrator/mediator.
