Angelia D. Wesch Joins Oles Morrison as Partner

Angelia D. Wesch has joined Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker as a partner in the Real Estate, Insurance Coverage and Construction Defect practice groups. Angelia has more than 20 years of experience as a legal advisor to some of the Puget Sound’s largest developers, property owners and commercial property management firms. Her insurance coverage practice includes extensive experience resolving first and third party insurance coverage disputes and litigating complex multi-million dollar construction defect claims.
Angelia also currently serves as General Counsel to a Bellevue-based property and asset management firm involved in the management and development of office buildings, retail centers, industrial parks and mixed-use developments. She is frequently asked to speak on construction defect insurance coverage and real estate issues, and focuses her practice on assisting property owners, developers, and property managers in understanding the complexities of insurance recovery and property management.
Angelia is a current member and former Chapter President of the Seattle and Sound Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), as well as a former member of the National CREW Network Board of Directors. She is involved with the Environmental and Land Use Section of the Washington State Bar and is a member of Women Leaders in Construction, a networking and professional development group founded by the women attorneys at Oles Morrison.
Angelia earned her law degree from Texas Tech University and her B.A. in History with honors from the University of Texas. She is licensed to practice in the States of Washington, Alaska and Texas.
