Angelia Wesch to Moderate Distinguished NAIOP Panel

Tue Oct 6, 2015

Oles Morrison partner, Angelia D. Wesch, will moderate the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) 2015 October Breakfast Program, “Are you Ready for the Next Generation of Leadership?” on October 21, 2015 at 7:00 am at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.

Distinguished panelists include commercial real estate leaders, Douglas Howe, President of TC Real Estate Development, Inc.; Mark Hoyt, Managing Director of Trammel Crow Residential; and Kemper Freeman, Chairman of Kemper Development Company. The panel will address the challenge the Seattle-area commercial real estate sector faces as multiple generations – Boomers, Gen Xers and Millenials – are simultaneously active in leading their businesses.

For more than 25 years, Angelia has advised real estate developers, owners, property management firms, and construction clients on transactional, litigation, and insurance coverage matters. Angelia’s insurance coverage practice has included resolving first and third party insurance coverage disputes and litigating complex construction claims involving builders risk, commercial general liability, and errors & omissions (“E&O”) claims ranging from tens of thousands of dollars to more than $500 million dollars. Angelia assists contractors, property owners, developers, and property managers in understanding the complexities of insurance recovery involving disputed defense and indemnity benefits for policyholders.

Angelia is a frequent speaker on insurance coverage and commercial real estate issues, a former CREW Seattle & Sound Chapter President and CREW Network Board Member, a former Tacoma/Pierce County Economic Development Board Member, and was recently named CREW Seattle & Sound’s 2015 “Mentor of the Year”.
