Jason served on a management committee with Angelia Wesch, Craig Rusk and Kevin McCarthy since 2017.

“I am honored to be chosen by my partners to serve as the next firm managing partner,” said Jason. “This is an exciting time for our firm and the industries we serve. We will continue to pay close attention to our clients’ businesses and the industries in which they operate, and we will continue to evolve in ways that anticipate their needs.”

“It has been an honor to lead this firm as the first female managing partner,” Angelia stated. “I look forward to supporting Jason in his role and provide guidance on the firm’s sustained commitment to client value while continuing to improve our delivery of legal services.”

In his practice, Jason Wandler is an integral member of his client’s construction project team helping to proactively identify legal issues and finding solutions quickly that allow projects to keep moving forward. He has represented clients on a wide variety of projects, including multi-story commercial developments, Army family housing developments, Air Force aircraft facilities, utility and roadway construction, Washington ferry terminal construction, commercial retail facilities, sports complex construction, golf course construction, as well as multiple multi-party lien foreclosure actions.

Committed to workforce development, Jason serves on Washington State University’s School of Design and Construction, Construction Management Advisory Board, and the incoming Chair of ABC of Western Washington Board of Directors. Jason is a frequent lecturer on Washington lien law and other construction-related topics to industry groups and previously, served as an Adjunct Instructor for the Washington State University School of Design & Construction.

Jason will continue to maintain his active construction practice, while taking on his new role as Managing Partner.
